Sales Tax: Pick up and order shipped within the state of New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax unless and valid reseller ID Number is provided.

Returns:
1. You must notify us that you wish to return the merchandise within 3 days of receiving it.
2. There will be 30% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging cost.
3. You must email us requesting a RMA number.
4. Returns must be in original conditon and in original package as received.
5. All customer by pick up orders are final sale. No refund, No return, No Exchange.

Cancellations:
Cancelled orders will incurr a 4% fee. If merchanidize has been shipped, no cancellation is accepted.  Any custom or special orders or large orders are not cancellable.

Defective Merchandise or Damage in Transit:
1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if an item is defective or arrive damaged.
2. You must email us with digital photographs within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise or else we cannot process a claim.
3. We will initiate a damage pickup and inspection with our courier.
4. If you are issued an RMA number you must write the RMA on the outside of your return package. Shipments returned without an RMA will be refused.
5. Merchandise that is defective or damaged must be received by us within 10 days after notification of damage.

Refunds:
1. Only items sent by mistake from us can be refunded.
2. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the merchandise.
3. You must email us requesting a RMA number.
